To be a good teacher you need to be approachable and engaging, you need to have clear objectives, and effective discipline skills. You need to have good classroom management skills, and be an effective communicator with not only the students, but also the parents. A teacher needs to be knowledgeable of not only the subject material, but curriculum and standards. Most importantly you need to love kids and love to teach to have a good rapport with your students, plus that passion will keep you motivated to be the best you can be for your students. A qualified teacher isn’t just one thing they are all of these characteristics put together. It’s not always easy but you have to have patience and love what you do!!!

"The important thing is not to stop questioning." -Albert Einstein
What is this creative process? To a large extent, it is the process of consistently asking the right questions. I learned one of my most life-transforming concepts from motivational speaker and author, Anthony Robbins. The concepts is the unbelievable importance and significance of questions. The types of questions we ask ourselves determine the types of answers that we we receive. If you consistently ask questions that lead to creative and outside-the-box thinking, your mind will provide you with creative and outside-the-box answers.
"How can I make this lesson outrageously entertaining, engaging, and powerful so that my students will never forget it and will be desperate to come back for more?"
